Chicago native Mark Bodinet hasn't even turned 30, yet he's already worked in kitchens at some of the country's top dining destinations. This year, he returned to the Northwest to rejoin acclaimed chef Roy Breiman as they define Cedarbrook Lodge near Sea-Tac International Airport. Managing Editor Eric Degerman sat down with Bodinet inside the former Washington Mutual conference center.
